Updating Voicemail & Holiday (time off) Hours

Anytime the office is not open the normal hours – the voicemail needs to be updated to let patients know. Below are the scribes that will guide you on how to change/update the voicemail and holiday (time off) hours. This is something that the Office Manager of each office handles.

Step 1: Setting up the holiday (time off) hours

Step 2: Recording the holiday (time off) hours voicemail message

Step 3: Adding the new voicemail message to the call flow switchboard
**This step cannot be completed until the EOD on the day before the holiday (time off)**
