Hygiene Recall System

Our goal is to schedule the next appointment for a patient while they are in the office. This makes it not only easier for the patient, but for our team as well. It cuts down on follow up with phone calls, emails, and text messages sent to patient to get them back on the schedule for their preventative care. With all the best intensions, it can happen where a patient doesn’t get scheduled back and from there we have to reach out to them to schedule. This process utilizes Flex, our patient communication software, along with Open Dental reports to ensure that we are here to serve our patients.
