Team Call In Protocol

Calling in is never fun, but when you realize that you are not going to be able to come in, we ask that you let your team lead know as soon as possible!

As soon as you realize you will not be able to work or you will be late please call your Team Lead or Office Manager. DO NOT USE SLACK OR TEXTING TO CALL IN.  Please be sure you get a verbal response from the person you reached out too.  

The ideal time for the Leaders to receive a call is 6 a.m. so they can make arrangements before the first patient at 7 a.m.
