Screen Connect Remote Access

To gain remote access, submit an IT Ticket.

First Time Login Instructions:

• Go to https://fldcremote.screenconnect.com/
• Click “Login” in the upper right corner
• Enter username (email address) and password (“TempPa55w0rd!“)
• You should then get prompted to change your password.  PLEASE MAKE IT A SECURE PASSWORD! (or I will start assigning very long and complicated passwords that you don’t like)
• You should get an email with a One Time Password (OTP)
• You should see machine(s) listed under “Access” on the left side
• You can right-click on the computer listed and select “Join”
• You will be prompted to download the ScreenConnect Client Setup utility, please run when download is complete
• At the top of the screen, there is an option to “Send Ctrl-Alt-Del”, which will unlock the computer, if necessary.  You should be able to log in with your regular computer account.
   

Please make sure to test this prior to you actually needing it, because chances are pretty high that if you need this after hours, I won’t be available to troubleshoot it.

NOTE: Please connect to unused sessions. In the image below, you can see that “Ali Akbar” is connected to “FLDP-RD07” already, so you’d connect to “FLDP-RD06” instead.
