Review Follow up Email

When we receive 3 or 4 star review from a patient, it is an awesome opportunity to ask them what we could have done to make their experience a 5 star experience! In an effort to learn any way that we are able to improve and provide the best experience possible for patients, when we receive a 3 or 4 star review the office manager from that office will email the patient with Dr. Jason CC’ed in on the email.
