How To Discuss Sedation with Adult Patients

When offering sedation options to patients we have two methods of moderate sedation that we offer: Oral Conscious Sedation and IV sedation. Below is an FAQ in how to discuss these options with patient when they have questions. The best option when patients have questions on sedation is have them come in to meet with one of our doctors who offer sedation. We can do this at their Comp Exam or Sedation Consult depending on the scheduling needs of the patient.
