Finger Lakes Dental Care (FLDC) provides tens of thousands of dental services every year to thousands of patients. We have been doing this for many years. With as much dentistry as we perform we must realize that there will be a small percentage of the work we provide that fails prematurely or before we had intended. 

Failures in dentistry will happen. They happen to every dentist.
