End of Year Insurance Benefits Remaining

Come September and October we start planning for the end of the year, and one thing we do at this time is reach out to our patients who have outstanding treatment and benefits remaining on their insurance plan. Below are the steps to create the list of patients for your office. Once we have this list compiled, we want to reach out to our patients via text message, email or phone call.

1. Click Reports

2. Click Standard

3. Under Lists- choose Treatment Finder

4. Enter $200 in Amount remaining over

5. Check the correct Clinc and All providers are selected

6. Refresh List

7. Export File

8. Save to Desktop

9. Open a blank Google Sheet

10. Click File> Import

11. Search for File

12. Choose File

13. Click Open

14. Click Import Data

15. Name your 2024 Spreadsheet
