As we follow up with patients who have outstanding tx to schedule, we touch base at 2 days, 2 weeks and 2 months! To make sure we stay on top of the follow up below are follow up calendars for each office based on the days of the week the office is open. To use this tracker each month, the only thing you have to change is the month date in cell B2 to the first of the month you are in.
