New Team Member Training – Hands On!

As we have new team members join us, we want to set them up to be as successful as possible! Once they leave their initial training with the training department, we need our current team to work with these team members to get them fully up to speed!! This phase of training adds an extra work load onto our current team member and we want them to be compensated for this time.
